Question by Adelle: Hot flashes at 32, is this menopause?
I've woken up two nights in a row completely soaking in sweat. I mean drenched so bad that I had to change pyjamas. I wouldn't even sweat this much in a hot gym. I've made a doctors appointment, but it's 2 weeks away. My house is fairly cold, and I'm otheryways very healthy, fit, don't drink much etc.
Could this be menopause already? :(
