menopause itching?

i'm going thru menopause ..i'm 49. I stopped useing hormones because there's a history of cancer in my family . my question is every month i'll have intense itching ..but no discharge at all ..what can i use to help this?

Answer by terraitching is normal with menopause, i understand how it must be very bothersome for you. i would advise calamine lotion.
