Question by sheeba: do you believe in herbal treatment? or is it just a placebo and a waste of money?
i was on hrt for 8 years and i was encouraged to switch on to homeopathy for menopause. but truely i feel that it is a waste of money..what do you think i would like to have your opinion before i stop everything and keep on just evening primrose and vit b and calcium.thanks
