Question by Tammy P: What is the safest (PILL) sleeping aide that is over the counter?
I have multiple reasons why i can not sleep- menopause, etc... and take melatonin but it doesn't work well
benadryl doesn't work too well for me- I bought wegmans brand sleeping aide and is very affordable- hope it works
